We accept cats and dogs up to 75 lbs at maturity. There is a $300 Pet Fee for the 1st pet, $150 for the 2nd pet & $25 Monthly Pet Rent Per Pet. Max Two Pets. Exotic pets and/or reptiles are not permitted. Breed Restrictions apply. These breeds include but are not limited to Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Chow Chow, German Shephard, Siberian Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario Bulldog, Great Dane, Boxer, Akita, Wolf Hybrid or any mixed breed that includes one of the listed breeds.
